Inku is a calm Japanese flashcard app operated by Bao Hua, sole proprietor, from Calgary, AB, Canada. There is no call center and no chatbot. The public mailbox is app@inkujapanese.com.
Use that address for App Store billing questions, a privacy request, a factual correction on this website, or a product issue that the help center does not already answer. Include the iOS version and Inku version when the question is about the app.
What not to send
Do not send account passwords, device backups, or other people's personal data. Learning progress stays on the device; we cannot reset a local deck from email.
